How it works with Medora
As a distance selling pharmacy, we provide Pharmacy First consultations remotely by phone or video call. You can contact us directly, or be referred by your GP surgery, NHS 111 or urgent care.
If our pharmacist decides treatment is needed, we'll supply it on the NHS and deliver it to you. Normal NHS prescription charges apply unless you're exempt.
Good to know
Some conditions need a physical examination. If a remote consultation isn't suitable, we'll direct you to the right service so you can be seen quickly.
